Q: “What is your cancellation policy?”
A: Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service scheduled. No Call/No Show appointments will be automatically charged for the full amount of the scheduled service. This is out of respect for all our guests and stylists.
Q: “Do you have a parking lot?”
A: We wish! Nope, we are metered parking all along the streets of downtown Oregon City. Across the street from us is a bunch of slanted coin operated parking spots with a two hour limit. If you do not have coins, they will be available at our reception and amount will be charged at end of service. For a full balayage or color correction, we reccomend utilizing the 4 hour parking at the top of the hill by the Elevator entrance off of High St. Once you’ve taken the elevator down, you’ll see us just across the street. There is currently free parking Weekdays after 5pm and All Day during Weekends.
Q: “Will you still take me if I am late to my appointment?”
A: In order to receive your scheduled services we ask our guests to arrive on time. Please call us if you are running behind, we will do our best to accommodate you. We cannot guarantee your entire service if you arrive 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time.
Q: “Can I bring my child?”
A: Although we do not have a policy against bringing your child to your appointment, we ask that you please make sure they are at the age and maturity level to be in a relaxed salon environment with chemicals and breakables. This is for the safety of your child, respect for other stylists who are trying to focus and the guests that are there to relax and enjoy their self-care time.
Q: “Can I bring my dog/cat?”
A: Even though we absolutely love our furry friends, under Oregon Law, dogs are not allowed in salons due to the presence of chemicals. Please leave your furry friends at home. Thank you!
Q: “Can I bring my friends?”
A: We want your salon experience to be as enjoyable as possible, because we are a small salon, we do ask that you keep your guest count to a minimum due to seating and noise level of our establishment.
Q: “Im under 18 years old, can I go alone?”
A: Your first appointment must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to sign our procedures and policies form. Any sort of chemical service (albeit organic) must have a parent present during the appointment
Q: “Can I bring my young child in for a trim?”
A: At this time we do not provide services for children under 12. Thank you for your understanding.
Q: “What does it mean to be a team based salon?”
A: Imagine walking into a salon and everyone is smiling. There’s no harsh competition or slimy sales pitch to make you feel uncomfortable. Our stylists are not paid on commission, all staff are compensated with a very livable salary. What does this mean for you? Stylists have good intentions when you’re being pampered and everyone here at LE cares about your experience. Sometimes you might have multiple people involved in your service, this will ensure you won’t be sitting in our chair all day and you’ll leave feeling even more like a queen.
Q: “What is the eco fee attached to my service?”
A: While salons can be known for waste, we pride ourselves in being a 95% sustainable salon. As part of Green Circle Salons, all of the material that we use for your service can be repurposed in some way. From your hair soaking up oil spills, to the foils we use being cleaned recycled… You’ll leave knowing that you’ve made an impact. Each appointment will have a $1.49 or $1.99 added to your services in order to continue to be apart of such a movement. Thank you for your understanding and helping us make a difference.
