Q: “What is your cancellation policy?

A: We require a minimum of 48 hours from your set appointment time for any cancellation. If we don’t receive a 48 hour notification, we hold the right to charge up to the full amount of the appointment booked.

Q: “Do you have a parking lot?”

A:  We wish! Nope, we are metered parking all along the streets of downtown Oregon City. Across the street from us is a bunch of slanted coin operated parking spots with a two hour limit. If you do not have coins, they will be available at our reception and amount will be charged at end of service. For a  full balayage or color correction, it is a good idea to park up at the top of the hill by the Elevator entrance off of High St and take the elevator down because it is 4 hour parking. There is currently free parking Weekdays after 5pm and All Day on Weekends.

Q: “Will you still take me if I am late to my appointment?”

A: We do have a 10 minute grace period where will still be able to take you as our guest. However, if you are going to be late please make sure to call and let us know. We allow specific time frames for each service from 15 minute to 3 or 4 hour appointments.

Q: “Can I bring my child?”

A: Although we do not have a policy against bringing your child into your appointment, we ask that you please make sure that they are at the age and maturity level to be in a relaxed salon environment with chemicals and breakables.  Our job is to focus while our guests are there to relax and enjoy their self-care time.

Q: “Can I bring my dog/cat?”

A: Even though we absolutely love our furry friends,  under Oregon Law, dogs are not allowed in salons due to the presence of chemicals. Please leave your furry friends at home. Thank you!

Q: “Can I bring my friends?”

A: Because we are a small salon, we do ask that you keep your guest count to a minimum due to seating and noise level of our establishment.

Q: “Im under 18 years old, can I go alone?”

A: Your first appointment must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to sign our procedures and policy forms. Any sort of chemical service (albeit organic) must have a parent present during the appointment.

Q: Why do stylists have different price points?

A: We are a level system salon meaning our stylists get raises and promotions based on achieving goals and their demand of time. If you can not take a raise with your stylist, we are gladly able to share formulas and notes to switch you to a stylist whose level accommodates your needs.
